31 month kunjal

Kunjal is two years and seven months now.
Thanks(should I ??) to the global warming spring has already arrived here in Korea almost 15 days ahead.

Kunjal can't control herself anymore from going to the park . We bought her a new scooter (as they say in korean) and she likes to move in the park as well as inside the house with that.

The light weight makes it comfortable for her to handle . She can also ride her trike again in the park.

Kunjal's hobbies keep changing every month. some months back it was watching dvds and now all of the dvds are taking rest inside the drawer and kunjal is hardly interested in them.

Instead its the crayons and colour books as her new found hobby . She can can now recognize almost ten colours and uses them according to her wishes. She needs a drawing book every week.

Playing with jigsaw puzzles is the other hobby that she is happy with
She requests me to join the pieces of jigsaw puzzles once and after that she tries to do it herself till its perfect.

Its nice to see her so interested in jigsaw, something which even I am crazy of.

We have registered to a public library nearby which has a good collection of english kids books to meet the growing appetite of kunjal. Now she can enjoy a range of new books every week.

30 months kunjal

The month of february was filled with loads of fun and excitement for Kunjal as she travelled a lot.

On 18th of this month we had been to China. We visited three cities of China Shanghai, Shozou and Hangzhou.

Kunjal was more than happy as she was accompanied with Ananya and Navodit, her best friends, all along the journey.

their fun started right from the time they met inside the limousine for airport. For next four days she was the most happy person as she could play whole day and even night.

Kunjal was excited to see the aeroplane taking off and landing. she buckled herself by her own and that tooo by seeing the belt sign on the seat .

The journey was just two hours and she spent it with crayons and playing with friends

Our guide took care of us as soon as we got out of the airport and we moved around from one attraction to the other one in the bus.

The kids played and slept inside the bus.

The three of them moved around holding their hands.


Kunjal was relaxed to see that she also has been provided a bed of her own in the hotel.

She didnt eat much from the variety of cuisine being served at every meal . At the end of the day I needed to prepare her favourite cup noodles or milk to feed her.

The crowded market place made kunjal scared. But the dresses we bought for her made her happy again.
It was more crowded because of the chinese new year.

This month one more interesting milestone kunjal has reached. Now she is almost potty trained.she can sleep whole night dry.

She uses her own potty seat whenever need arises. she flushes by herself and get dressed again.

Kunjal can now recite 4 poems and numbers 1 to 20 . Good job dear. keep it up.
