13months kunjal

One more month has passed since her first birthday. she is now 13months old.

First steps
The most significant event of this month is that she has taken her first steps. On september 2nd she took her first steps without anyhelp and there is no looking back. She is now moving all around the house on her own two feet. she does crawl too but soon she realizes that its not needed to be on all fours when I can manage with two.

wow I can see so much from this height!!!

Drink independently from the sipper:
She also can drink from a sipper cup on her own and yes without choking herself. She is so attached to it that she drags it wherever she goes. One good thing is that she is now drinking more water.

Even water tastes good .

Can climb stairs
Last week kunjal climbed the stairs till our appartment all by herself not by walking but by crawling but since it was for the first time that she climbed without any help she was over joyed .she now wants to climb stairs wherever she sees them .

12 months kunjal

This month our kunjal stepped in second year of her life. She celebrated her first birthday. She has become more alert and active of her surroundings.

New developments

Drastic drop in appetite :- just after her birthday she stopped eating her usual meals. Now she is more interested in snacking and juices rather than wholesome food. She wants to control the meal time and dont allow me to feed her anymore.she eats on her own.Hmmm !!! trying to act as a grown up now.

I can eat my myself

she wants to have coke and pepsi too and yes she can drink it with straw from the bottle and its soo tasty that she tries to chew on the empty bottle .

Aaah!!! cola

Attached to the pillow
she has become too attached to her pillow and keeps carrying it for some time even after she gets up from the bed. she just drops it at any place in the house and rolls over on it.

I can sleep anywhere.

Learning korean words

Kunjal has picked up some korean words from her favourite tv shows. The word she uses frequently is 'ige moya' which means "what is it" in korean. she repeats this word anywhere and everywhere and the funniest part is that koreans get overwhelmed to see that a baby is speaking their language!!!!

Poor computer :
Our computer is going through hard time ever since kunjal learnt to explore it. she bangs the mouse, hits the key board and finding out all kinds of shortcut keys through the key board. The fact that I am writing this this blog using the same PC is an assurance that this one is a good quality robust PC. She has now full control over the keyboard and dont allow me to sit anymore infront of it without her. Well is there anything called child lock for computer.
